Ipv4 websites not accessible

Hello everyone,
My German is not good so I have made this post in English. I have had a problem for a few weeks that I cannot resolve.

I use a Windows PC connected to my home network, Vodafone Kable station, via Wi-Fi.

I have a connection and can load websites such as Google, Gmail, Facebook and YouTube (ipv6-based websites).

On the other hand, I cannot load most of the other websites, including Vodafone, Amazon, Moodle, etc. that work with the ipv4-based system.
It says it cannot establish a connection to the server.

I have tried connecting other devices (mobile phones) to the wifi transmitted by my Vodafone station but I still experience the same thing.
I have also tried to connect my PC to other wifi networks, and it also works perfectly.

I have done some research and it seems my device can't reach the internet through the ipv4 address protocol but can access websites which comply with the ipv6 protocol. I have followed tutorials, and reset factory configurations, and manual configurations, but nothing seemed to work.

Something that I noticed, comparing my settings to other devices, is that in ipv4 configurations, I don't have a router's IP address, and I cannot insert it manually, it doesn't recognize it. I  would be very grateful if someone had an idea about how I could fix this.

Thank you very much

did you press and hold reset button for at least 20 seconds?

Yes, I did but the problem persists.
