EasyBox 805 disconnects and connects all the time

Hi! Apologies for writing in English, but this technical issue is way over my german skills.


I had my internet connection set up a month ago, and I got the EasyBox 805 provided from Vodafone.

The router keeps restarting all the time, going blue lights to red light to green lights, and is every 1 hour sometimes every 30 minutes so I can ́t do my work home office anymore. I have tried everything from restarting the router, but nothing works. It is really hard to get proper support on call. I think is probably the router the problem at this point.

Can you please help me what i can do to make it work?

Thank you for your answer, Last week I tried to contact vodafone helpline and fillout forms as well but no luck so far, I have also disable my router firewall but also no luck, everytime the router is keep disconnecting every 1 hour sometime every 30 mins. I have also tried to reset my router and configure it again using installation code. I really appreciate if you can help me to fix this problem. many time I am in a call with my customers during my working hours and internet disconnects for some minutes its really embarissing for me.
