EasyBox 805 disconnects and connects all the time

Hi! Apologies for writing in English, but this technical issue is way over my german skills.


I had my internet connection set up last week, and I got the EasyBox 085 provided from Vodafone.

The router keeps restarting all the time, going blue lights to red light to green lights, and is every 1hour so I can ́t do my work home office anymore. I have tried everything from restarting the router to disabling Firewall, but nothing works. It is really hard to get proper support on call. I think is probably the router the problem at this point.

 

This is the screenshot of the event log, and is always this firewall message (though I have disabled so now clue what is always the same issue). I believe the router is defective.

Hello, I had that too and called there. They told me that the line needed to be reset and that was the only way they could do that. After about 30 minutes everything worked again. I hope I could help you.
