We have a new contract (Gigazuhause 250 cable) with a personal Fritzbox unlocked and activated few days ago (customer number: XXXXXXXXX). We still do not have internet connection after activation (serial and cm mac numbers are correct). We have also restarted the router several times and nothing is working. We are facing this problem since one week and request for a help.
