Vodafone Germany has the worst customer support I have ever experienced. No support in english language. I am trying to fix my router issues for weeks now. Everytime a call, they speak only german and tell me that there is no support in english. On my last call, the vodafone representative was extremely rude to me and shouted on me. Worst experience ever. I cannot believe that a big company like vodafone have the worst customer support. I have vodafone internet and two vodafone sims. I will cancel the contracts as soon as possible and move to another company.
So does any one know the solution on how to handle this issue?
