Hello,
I have a new vodafone contract for my rental apartment. I have given my tenant my own Fritz!Box. She has received the activation code from Vodafone but cannot activate internet in the apartment. On kabelmodemaktivieren.vodafone.de, she receives this message "Diese Seite existiert nicht." (please see the attached screenshot)
Can anyone please help solve this issue?
Before giving my tenant my Fritz!Box, I connected Vodafone's router in my own apartment. So the FritzBox should have been removed from their system.

Hi Zahra,
for me it looks like a redirect error. Could you try to open the Vodaofne Aktivierungsportal directly via the URL in your web browser? https://kabelmodemaktivieren.vodafone.de/
Please keep in mind, that you only open the URL behind a unregistered cable modem/router.
