I am a new customer for Vodafone fiber optic connection. Today was the day for the activation of the connection.while trying to put the fiber optic cable to termination point (TP) socket , I unintentionally might had applied to much force and now it seems the socket fiber is not straight and now fitting the fiber cable connecting the FritzBox 5530. I went to local vodafone shop for help, but they said cannot help in this regard since connection was applied online. Since, I am new in Germany and cannot speak German it was difficult to call and explain Vodafone hotline for help. Is there a way to book appointment for technician to fix it.?
