Request to Change Contract to DSL

Hi,
I recently purchased the GigaHome 500 Fiber Optic plan, but I’ve just realized that there is no fiber optic socket installed in my flat. I would like to switch my contract to a DSL plan instead.

Could you please let me know how I can proceed with this change?
