I have requested a new Glassfiber contract 2 weeks ago. It was refused saying landlord rejected the Glass Fiber connection. I investigated it and the owner was NEVER contacted. I patiently applied for a second contract, specifically saying that owner is OK with glass fiber installation.
Then, on 31 March Monday, I called customer service, had a long talk. I gave my landlord's all contact information. They told me they will contact the landlord quickly and apologized, and sent ZTE modem with 500 GB limit as replacement.
Today, I have got an email dated 31 March Monday, saying owner rejected fiberglass connection. I am losing my patience and will directly talk to the other company who owns fiber infrastructure, instead of incompetent Vodafone... They have ended my second contract without contacting the landlord but still sending me the same "owner rejected" clause... How can this type of incompetency possible? Yesterday, I met with the landlord and he has shown me glassfiber box in the cellar and told me he is still waiting for the contact from Vodafone.
How can I solve this? Any ideas?

Hello @cagribaba,
we are sorry that there are complications with your fibre optic order. We can understand your displeasure. We will be happy to look into the reasons for such statements. Alternatively, the landlord can also contact us. Please contact us via WhatsApp (Dein Kontakt zu Vodafone - Vodafone Community) and we will take care of it.
Best regards

Hello Ricky, indeed it is frustrating. Last week, I was able to finally convince Vodafone staff that the feedback from Telekom(landlord not wanting fiber optic) is wrong and they will contact again. Meanwhile, I am stuck with some mobile internet from Vodafone that is at best 10 Mbps and at worst, 0.7 Mbps... I am writing this post from my personal phone's internet.
The mobile internet from Vodafone is not defined in my Vodafone account page so I can't track my data usage. I definitely didn't spend 500 GB that was given by Vodafone in 8 days, that's for sure. In that small modem's interface, USSD tab doesn't work, so I can't check my consumption either. I can't report problem since that internet is not kabel, fiber or DSL either. Truly, this has been a strange month that I have the money, Vodafone has the service but everything goes wrong at once and I have to live with early 2000s internet.

And I tried Whatsapp Vodafone service and answers came to me next day. Waiting times are not so good there either.

Trying to add that mobile internet as contract. All I see is this Entschuldigung, da ist was schiefgelaufen. Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.. Story of my Vodafone life...

Hello @cagribaba,
please tell TOBi on WhatsApp, that you have a DSL-Problem. He should connect to the right team.

I did exactly that. But Vodafone customer service says they understand the problem, make a new contract, promising me they will ask Telekom to fix landlord consent issue. Three days later, they cancelled my third contract with the exact same reason: landlord doesn't want it.
NO. Landlord wants it. But Telekom is feeding you outdated information. I am trying to solve this mess from Telekom side. My landlord sent Telekom customer service about his consent. But I have never seen a company like Vodafone that doesn't help their customer in such a manner that is almost repulsive. And honest to god, if vodafone was not significantly cheaper, I would continue with my other options.

Telekom Data Issues is not a VF matter. They only can handle with given information and have absolutly no chance directly to change it. Had the same issue with another ISP and Telekom...
And ... you wanted cheap - dont act suprised when you find out where the lower price is coming from.
Can you see your data usage under center.vodafone.de while using that mobile thingy?

And just to make things clear:
Vodafone doesn't have to ask your landlord for consent -- it would be on you to ask your landlord to do all the necessary paperwork with the fiber network operator (like Telekom if they build and operate the network).
Vodafone can only ask Telekom for a line rental - and their system will automatically reject any requests without any further notice if no line has been installed yet.
Fastest way would be to get a line from the network operator first (and it might be that if Telekom builds the network on their own expenses, that they have an initial period where they don't have to rent lines to any other providers)...
