Hi, for longer than a year I'm a happy user of 1Gbps gigazuhause.
How I got connected after multiple unsuccessful appointments another technician was able to connect my apartment and he brought a router and said it will be automatically connected. Since that I have internet, I'm regularly charged for it from my bank account, but I never receiver "Online-Registrierungscode" so, I can't access my invoices.
I can't request the new code, because the self-service form is asking for DSL number which I don't have with fiber connection: https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/account/registrierung/registration_code?icmp=hilfe:meinvodafone...
Can anyone tell me, how can I get a new "Online-Registrierungscode"?
