Hallo zusammen,
da die Vodafone Station auf dauer für mich keine Lösung ist, habe ich nun auf eine FritzBox umgestellt. Mit meiner VodafoneStation hatte ich letztes Jahr massive Packetloss, das wurde dann, dank diesem Forum von irgendeinem genialen Techniker im Backend gelöst. Seit die Umstellung auf die FritzBox, habe ich nun erneut PacketLoss und würde mich freuen, wenn wir das gemeinsam wieder in den Griff bekommen.
Hier einige Screenshots vorab:
192.168.2.250 ist die Fritzbox. Die ist direkt per Kabel angeschlossen. Dahin erfolgt kein Packetloss. Vorallem ist das während dem Gaming merkbar.
Freue mich auf eine positive Rückmeldung.

Macht alles Sinn. Meine Aussetzer wurden damals auch durch eine Einstellung von der FA gelöst. Ich gehe von aus, dass die VS auf docsis 3.0 gestellt haben. Das wurde dann nach einem Stromausfall wieder auf 3.1 gestellt. Mir wurde nie mitgeteilt was gemacht wurde.
Nun gut, ein Techniker war damals hier, der hat mir ne neue Dose eingebaut. Danach hatte ich nochmals einen Technikertermin. Der kam nie und mir wurden 99 Euro in Rechnung gestellt. Nach zwei Telefonaten dann aber glücklicherweise gutgeschrieben.
Ich werde jetzt dran bleiben, habe Dank dir ja etliche Hintergrundinformationen. Vielen Dank @Kieferer und weiter so mit der Aufklärung!

Die imaginäre Fachabteilung hat deinen D3.1 OFDMA Kanal abgedreht. Eine transparente Kommunikation ist ein spezial Gebiet von VF.
Ich befürchte das ein Mod für dich ein Ticket erstellen wird. Dann kommt eine – alles in Grün sehende – qualifizierten »Fachkraft« des »Technikpartners«. Dieser bestätigt das alles »Grün« ist und zieht von dannen, dein Problem bleibt aber.
VF möchte, dass der OFDMA erhalten bleibt und ist nicht so begeistert diesen abzudrehen. Das ist für mich nachvollziehbar, denn man möchte bei hunderten CM's im Segment keine Sonderlösungen.
Auch der »Technikpartner« hat eine eigene Hotline. Dort kann die – alles in Grün sehende – qualifizierten »Fachkraft« des »Technikpartners« den OFDMA abstellen lassen.
Jetzt kommt das aber.
Je nach Hersteller des CMTS und insbesondere bei einer eigenen Schwitzbox kann es schwierig werden deinen OFDMA permanent loszuwerden. Bei einem Power Reset ist der OFDMA wieder da.

Traumhaft - keinen einzigen aussetzer, Upload auch iO. Wie bekommen wir das jetzt auf meine Fritzbox umgemünzt? Das Ding hat mich immerhin ~250€ gekostet und das WLAN ungefähr 3000x so gut wie die von der VF Station, abgesehen von den anderen Funktionen wie DNS Server ändern ;-).
