No internet - Vodafone Station Internet indicator blinks red for 3 days

  • In which state do you live? Hamburg 22303
  • Which contract do you have? Internet 1000  Mb/s
  • Which modem / router do you use? - Vodafone Station CGA6444VF
  • Do you use a loaner device from us or do you have your own device ? - rental device
  • What is the error ? - no internet, internet indicator blinks red
  • How is your terminal with the modem connected ? - LAN/WLAN
  • Which browser do you usually use? - Google Chrome
  • Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows 10 / MacOS
  • Start and period of the disturbance -  15.11.2021 / 3 days
  • Upload a screenshot of the signal values . You can find this in the user interface of your cable router via  192.168.0.1 or via 192.168.178.1 on the Fritzbox. - no signal values are avaliable since DOCSIS is in offline status
  • Which measures were carried out by the fault hotline (available at 0800-5266625 for Vodafone Kabel Deutschland or 0221/46619100 for Vodafone West)? - said that technic should come but no ticket created and no appoitment booked

did a technician contact you in the meantime? If not, please send me a PM with the following details:

 

- your name

- the full address

- the customer number

- birth date of the contract owner

- a mobile number

 

Please answer here in this thread afterwards. If we have to send a technician he will need access to the house installation, can you grant him that? Please also inform us if there are symptoms in your household that might be linked to Covid-19.
