Hello, I am a customer with a cable contract (GigaZuhause 1000 kabel) since June and since then I experience daily disconnection that can last up to a full day. I reboot the box but it does not help. The online netz assistent says there is no issue and all lights are white on the box but still no Internet connection on any device. Can you please help me ? This is unsustainable for me as I work from home. Also I don't speak German (sorry) so I cannot call the hotline.
