The new router and the multimedia adapter have arrived, however after connecting everything the INTERNET led on the Vodafone Station keeps blinking red, with no connection to the internet. I tried everything written on the manual.
I don't know German to raise this issue through the Vodafone hotline, so I contacted to Vodafone store in the city. They said Vodafone team will call you and talk to you in english, they do call me but they were speaking in in german and couldn't understand english. Kindly Help me or send the technican to set it up as soon as possible.

Find someone who speaks german.
All he has to do is to say "Selbstinstallation fehlgeschlagen" - should trigger a technician.
Otherwise try contacting VF via Whatsapp.
Request a "Kundenberater" or "Mitarbeiter" till the bot gives up and moves your issue forward.
Till a costumer service person answers can be days.
