No Internet - Cable technical issue

  • Hello, I am a customer with a cable contract (GigaZuhause 1000 kabel) since June and since then I experience daily disconnection that can last up to a full day. I reboot the box but it does not help. The online netz assistent says there is no issue and all lights are white on the box but still no Internet connection on any device. Can you please help me ? This is unsustainable for me as I work from home. Also I don't speak German (sorry) so I cannot call the hotline.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
