Hello,
I ordered CableMax1000. I received the package but the internet led keeps blinking red. I have done several times the procedure from connection assistant (check plugs/reboot/factory reset etc) to no avail. I also tried different cable sockets in other room, still internet led blinking red.
Please note that it is the first time for me setting up internet in this house as I just moved in from France. You can contact me by phone (or email). I would appreciate some assistance to troubleshoot the issue to have internet quikly running 🙂

Hello Hubert,
from your description I can see that you will need a technician to install the internet. At the moment you can´t do anything in your house to make it work.
