Hi,
My Vodafone cable internet connection has stopped working.
I’ve already tried the following steps to fix the issue:
Unplugged the cable from the wall;
Powered off the router for 3 minutes;
Performed a reset using the button on the back of the router.
Unfortunately, none of these resolved the problem. The router is still showing a blinking red light. I called the hotline and was transferred to technical support, but I wasn’t able to get help due to my limited German skills
I’d really appreciate it if someone could assist me in English. Please let me know if you need any further details from my side.
