Hello my contract is supposed to start today(100mbs cable internet) I got my router in the mail plugged it in and everything (I was told I'd recieve an activation code separately by mail however haven't received that yet)
I plugged the router in the cable and power outlet and my power and wifi leds r on simultaneously however my Internet led blinks red please help me out I've tried resetting the router and everything
