My internet is down for more than 24 hours, the Internet light on my router keeps blinking red. I have restarted it multiple times, reset it with the reset button, unplug and plug everything and nothing works.
Also it’s a shame how your staff is so sure that no one speaks English and as I attempted to speak German they just sounded so impatient. Such bad service.
