Cable Modem is not working

Cable modem stopped working suddenly.  The internet lamp (red) continues blinking.  I have restarted the modem couple of times but no change at all.  Can you please arrange technician?

It may take multiple days until a moderator reads this message and can get in contact with you to make an appointment for a technician.

Were you able to place the problem via the hotline and were you offered a solution? Otherwise, we will be happy to look into the problem. Can you please answer these points for a better overview?
