Hallo,
I am a new customer and applied for "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable U" few days back. I have recieved my Vodafone wi-fi 6 station on 10.11.2022. The expected activation date was 11.11.2022. I have configured it according to the instructions , but unfortunately the internet is not working and the red internet light keeps blinking. I have also tried to reach the hotline but unfortunately i was not able to went throught because of heavy volume of calls. Could someone help me how to resolve this?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.

u need an Technican, call the hotline Self install failed!

Thanks for your response, I tried calling the hotline many times but the call is always disconnected saying we have a heavy volumes of call at the moment, please try again later.
I would appreciate if someone can suggest some relaible method to connect to the hotline or help me get in touch with the technician. Thank you

A technician came today and fixed my internet connection. The problem was with the cable which was not recieving signal. Thank you for you help.
