Hi,

I have problem with the internet connection. I just moved to Germany and got a new Vodafone contract on the 26.08. The  router arrived 8 days ago. I followed all of the instruction as described and repeated them multiple times, but still could not get any internet so far. I tried also multiple times following the troubleshooting with TOBI on the Vodafone website, but this also didn't help. On the router the power LED and WIFI LED are always on, but the Internet LED is always just blinking red.  I have three plug connection to the wall and I made sure that coaxial cable is connected correctly and to the correct socket. I dont speak and understand German language and because of that my other attempts to contact vodafone help wasnt success. Could maybe some employee from community help me to figure it out? Thank you.

i suspect that a technician's intervention is necessary in your case. For this we would have to look at everything and would need your data. Unfortunately, we can no longer provide this support at this point. The best way is to contact us on Facebook or Twitter.

Hello

I am a new customer for Vodafone cable.

Friday I received the router and connected it. The Internet red line keeps flashing with no internet.

I tried to reset the router, unplug the power, change the plug and check the wall data plug and still nothing.
