Internet not working but both LED lights are working

My Internet is not working since morning however both LED lights are working (1 blinking & 1 stable light). I tried calling support but they did not know English. Since its a working day today, please can somesome assist me. Also is there any number which I can call for English support?

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
