First of all, sorry for writing this in English.
I just got a new DSL connection from Vodafone, I was using Telekom before.
Received the router(FritzBox 7530 AX) but no technician visit and they said I can setup by myself. The issue here is that my apartment does not have the DSL connection in the wall, I have only RJ45 connection, and it was working with Telekom normally.
Tried contacting Customer Support and they said everything is fine and probably I am doing something wrong.
Any ideas on how I can try to solve or only with a technician visit it will be possible to fix?
