I live in Germany and play the game Lost Ark, the server is Frankfurt, but every time I enter a dungeon, the game suddenly freezes and the server connection is disconnected. I can only play it using mobile hotspots from other operators. The maintenance person from Vodafone came to my house and thought it was a problem with the socket. After changing the socket, the problem still exists. The maintenance person said he didn't know why, so I would like to ask everyone in the forum what to do.
