Constant packet loss and disconnects

We have a Frtiz!Box 6660 and have been having connection issues for what seems like months now.  The last month has been extremely bad and I started using PingPlotter again to check the connection.  Every website or IP address I try has significant packet loss.  It does not matter which device I use or if the connection is wireless or wired.  I am constantly disconnected from the wifi throughout the day and it is the the point where it is almost unusable.  What is happening here?

du hast schon PL in deinem Netzwerk, suche erst mal diesen , alles abstecken , Wlan aus machen , dann nach und nach wieder alles in Betrieb nehmen und gucken welches Gerät den Loss macht!

I unplugged everything and then connected a single device and still had packet loss.  I tried 3 devices in total and all were showing packet loss.  I even tried the other coaxial plug in the bedroom, but still nothing improved.

did you also try a new network cable to connect your device to the Fritzbox?

and are you connected directly with the Fritzbox?

paket loss starts in your network

I tried 3 different network cables directly to the fritzbox and also tried 2 separate devices with the wifi disabled, but still no improvement.  Sometimes I show no packet loss at the router, but there is always packet loss on multiple hops.  Today I was disconnected around 5-6 times per hour.  The service is nearly unusable in this way.

then try to contact support and let them exchange the Fritzbox
