Hello.
After waiting for more than a month to have the internet "connected", due some disruption on my building, the technician finally came and technically it was working since tuesday, 05.04.
I have a 1000 cable contract, but the connection via wlan is TERRIBLE. Surfing online is almost impossible (and I work from home all day, so this is super urgent) and the connection is lost all the time.
I've already tried calling, 3 times. Also went through all the steps that the network assistent told me too (4 times), but nothing changes.
Since I don't speak german, calling more is not an option. Can anyone help, please?

sorry that the connection is not working properly. In which state do you live exactly?
