Hello team ,
i have moved from munich to new city and asked Vodfone team to relocate my DSL connection to Ludwigshafen city in germany .
I have moved to new city on august 2st 2025 , till date its more than 1 month not reecived DSL box in new home Ludwigshafen.
vodafone charged me for month of august for 2 connections 1 for munich and one for new city but why ? i have not received DSL box in new home . i am contioulsy calling customer care not good response atall.
I never seen such a horrible service .you are charging taking money every month for 2 connections which is totally wrong for what reason you are doing this ?
i want you to resolve this issue asap , refund my money which you wrongly generated bill .i dont have DSL box yet in my home and you are generating bill for what reason ?
please contact me to resolve this issue .
i need my refund of money you did totally wrong .

You are in a customer-to-customer forum, no support by or contact to Vodafone is available here. For support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. Responses then can take time, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.

Why new box?
In 9/10 cases you use the box you already have.
