DSL stopped working after 4 months / Missing contract documents / Cannot add contract to MeinVodafon

Hello,

About four months ago I transferred/took over a Vodafone DSL contract.

The internet connection worked normally for around four months after the transfer.
However, I never received the full contract documents, billing documents, registration data, or DSL/MIC information.

My monthly payments are active and charged from my IBAN, so the contract is clearly active.

Now my DSL/internet connection has suddenly stopped working correctly:
the router synchronizes with DSL, but internet access does not work properly / error 691 sometimes appears.

Additionally:

  • I do not know my Online-Registrierungscode

  • I cannot add my DSL contract to MeinVodafone

  • The phone verification does not work because my Italian phone number is not accepted / not recognized

Has anyone experienced similar issues after a contract transfer or missing registration data?

von wem hast du den Vertrag übernommen?

vielleicht wurde er zum Ende der Mindestvertragslaufzeit beendet/gekündigt
