No internet after move – address/provisioning error, cable line not working

Hello,

 

I’m hoping someone from the cable team can help. 

 

I moved my GigaZuhause 250 Kabel connection recently. Vodafone made an address/provisioning error during the move. As a result, I received updated contract documents during a call today, but the cable connection is still not working.

 

Current situation:

  • Active cable contract (documents re-sent today)
  • Correct installation address confirmed
  • Cable router connected, but no usable internet connection
  • Issue has been ongoing for 3-4 days
  • I work fully from home and have been unable to work this week

It seems the cable line is either not properly provisioned or not correctly assigned to the address after the move.

Could someone please:

  • Check the cable provisioning for my address
  • Confirm whether the line is correctly activated
  • Advise if a technician visit is required

 

I’m happy to provide contract/order details privately if needed.

da wird wohl ein Problem mit der Leitung vorliegen 

kontaktiere den Support und melde, dass die Selbstinstallation fehlgeschlagen ist
