Hello Vodafone Team,
Our internet hasn't been working for three days. Every time I call support, I'm told a ticket is being processed, but there hasn't been an update for three days. I'd like to know how long it will take to resolve the issue.
I pay €50 a month for my internet, and while occasional outages of a few hours are understandable, this longer interruption is unacceptable. I've also noticed that there's no WhatsApp or email support, and your AI chat assistant hasn't been helpful so far. Is phone support the only way to reach you?
I would also like to request a refund for the days on which the internet was unavailable.
Please provide me with an update on the status of my connection and inform me of the next steps to resolve the issue.
