Hello community! 

I recently moved and have been trying to connect to my internet since Saturday. I called the hotline several times, spent 8 hours (waited for 3.5 🙂 ), and still cannot find someone to support me on this matter. I cannot reset my Fritzbox7530AX since I cannot connect to the internet. I tried using cable and regular, yet neither worked. I always get the same error. Since I work from home, I need the Wi-Fi as soon as possible. Can you please help me with this matter?

you need to activate DS Lite in Fritzbox settings or use the MIC for initial installation

Hello Robert, I am waiting for your answer. It's been 10 days since I cannot use my internet and nobody from hotline opens the phone. Can you support me on this please? I have a MacBook, so I do not know the windows version that you shared

Fehler 691 .. falsche Zugangsdaten .. falscher Präfix bei manueller Config ..

bei MIC-Eingabte sollte das nicht passieren ..
