Hello,

I recently moved, and Vodafone came to connect my internet today. Even if all the lights are blinking, when I try to connect to the internet from my computer, I get a warning for  "DSL-Benutzername / Passwort falsch! (Fehler 691)"

 

It does not even allow me to enroll in the IP address. I tried to call the hotline but just waited for 20 minutes. 

What can I do?

dieses Modell gibt es nicht 

vielleicht meinst du eine 7530AX

richte sie mal mit einem neuen MIC neu ein

dann rufe die Hotline an, vielleicht können die dir den MIC zuschicken

I did. I called them six times and waited 50 minutes, yet I still needed help to solve the issue. I cannot register my fret box by connecting my internet to my computer, and when ı try to connect my regular Wi-Fi, it gives the error. I tried the link you sent me, yet my code has 20 characters, which the link asks for 26 for the Online-Registrierungscode.

What should I do? I have been trying to reach the Vodafone Hotline since 8.00 AM
