Hello,
I recently moved, and Vodafone came to connect my internet today. Even if all the lights are blinking, when I try to connect to the internet from my computer, I get a warning for "DSL-Benutzername / Passwort falsch! (Fehler 691)"
It does not even allow me to enroll in the IP address. I tried to call the hotline but just waited for 20 minutes.
What can I do?

I did. I called them six times and waited 50 minutes, yet I still needed help to solve the issue. I cannot register my fret box by connecting my internet to my computer, and when ı try to connect my regular Wi-Fi, it gives the error. I tried the link you sent me, yet my code has 20 characters, which the link asks for 26 for the Online-Registrierungscode.
