I am having a challenging day.
I took the day off work to wait for a technician, and was here all afternoon. Come to find out they came by and left a note on my mailbox. "Sorry we missed you". Now I have to reschedule, but even when I blunder my way through the menus, the person doesn't speak English. My family is going crazy with no internet, and I could really use some help. I don't care about the reschedule fee, I just need internet! Please, can someone offer a suggestion?
