I cannot speak German fluently and I cannot secure an appointment for a technician visit on the phone. Can a moderator help?
The helpline does not have English speakers, and the Tobi service on WhatsApp has the same limitation. I need to confirm a technician appointment for my new contract to be connected.
Please help or advise how I can secure this.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

Our TOBi on WhatsApp doesn't speak English, but if you ask him to connect you to a representative, he will do so, and our colleagues will be able to assist you in English.
