Vodafone SERVICE !!

Network issue => Create ticket => wait for 5-6 days => Book a FAKE technician appointment => change ticket status to RESOLVED even if NO technician visit OR issues UNRESOLVED => create 2 more tickets for same issue but NEW create date !!!!! 

Vodafone service is a JOKE !!
