I have connected the Vodafone station and plugged in the cable as per the instructions. Does a technician have to visit my house to give the connection for opening a new line? How do I raise a ticket or book an appointment?

Note: I had got the Vodafone station for modem and it's been quiet some (around 6-7 hours, tried restarting once too) time since I plugged in. The internet LED keeps blinking red.
