contract activation and router not received

Hi,

Hope it is ok to ask question in English.

I had applied a new contract and received a activation letter on 27-12-2024.  I was waiting for my modem and technician appointment as a next step. I have not received any further communication after activation letter.

I tried to add my contract in customer portal using activation code but system is giving me an error.

Also, I tried to reach customer care under 08001721212 but no one wants to speak in English. 

Could you anyone help me here with my contract.

Usually no technician appointment is needed - the procedure is plug&play. Did you actually sign a contract with modem?

For support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater. After you got forwarded the response will take some time, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.

Thank you Peter. I just checked via chat and received an answer that contract was not concluded because I called (which I never did) and cancelled it. Could you double check status of my contract. I can ping you my contract number or customer number.
