Since late July I have been experiencing a lot of problems with the internet, which is odd because it has always been impeccable.
Right now I can't connect to the wifi at all, the router does not appear as one of the options on the list on any of my devices despite all the lights being on. I have restarted and checked the wires.
Other times this week the internet has been so slow that even at 240 pixels I can't watch a youtube video. As far as I know my contract doesn't say anything about throttling the connection in the evenings, but right now I am basically paying to have no internet. Could you please advise and rectify the problem?
