Hello everyone, I live in Bochum in a new building (1.5 years old). When I moved they told me vodafone would work best so i chose vodafone as my internet provider. At first everything was fine since I was one of the first tenants but over time my internet became more and more unstable. Just for context, during the day it was 20 but in the evening it would become 60-80 which made sense since more people got on. But since 1 year now everyday in the evening and also at weekends my ping is around 100-1000. I have contacted customer support from vodafone 20 times and opened 20 different tickets over the course of the time. Every single time they made me wait 2 weeks and did not call me no technician came and closed ticket lying and saying issue is fixed. Everytime i opened ticket i explicitly said my internet goes bad in the evening and finally they sent a "technician" but at 2 pm. The person comes checks and says everything is good and i tell him, sir i said this a billion times my internet is crap in the evening it goes to 400-500 ping and the answer was... yeah thats normal. So it is normal to pay 65 euros for internet so it goes to 400 ping? And i forgot to mention but i pay for the kabel interenet 1000mbps download 50 mbps upload. I have done countless internet speed test and my observations are that upload goes to basically zero in the evenings. The most frustrating thing is i opened 20 tickets and i cannot get a hold of anyone with actual power and even though i explicitly tell technicians to check connection in evening they check it at 1 or 2 pm and close ticket after making me wait for 2 weeks. I have tested this with ethernet and wifi and it is the same thing. This is unacceptable customer support, can you imagine having "techinicians" who delay the help process and have the audacity to come to customer and say yeah 500 ping is normal when you are paying absurd money to get the "best" internet after waiting for 2 weeks to respond? SpeedTests have to be done using wired ethernet as WiFi may have far too much issues due to various circumstances that are out of the control of Vodafone (like other WiFi networks).

Absolutely, I have also done the same using the ethernet cable connected. The issue here is not that believe me.
here is ethernet results and also I have attached about channels but not sure if that is what you mean about signals

Thank you so much! Should I say that is the issue? What can they do about it can a technician fix it because so far the only technician that came did not do anything. Once again thanks for the help
