Customer Password for eSim

Hello,

I got Deine CallYa eSIM-Einrichtungsdaten through email but forgot the Customer Password.

I can't open the file so that do not know my phone number or anything.

When I call, there is only German so can't communicate.

Is there any way I can handle this problem?
