Hi Everyone,
I'm having trouble trying to top up my ESim, I'm trying to buy the yearly CallYa tariff but after installing the ESim in my phone I am unable to top it up after a few days. Whenever I go through the process of topping it up online it just says there's a problem and to try again later. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
My German is not the greatest yet so speaking to customer services didn't help unfortunately!
