Hello,
I have recently ordered a mobile phone online and after picking it up and trying to follow the steps to activate my eSIM, ended up blocking my MyVodafone account due to entering an incorrect password.
I have tried visiting a Vodafone flagship store but was told to call the customer service as my phone was ordered online. I don’t speak German so am unable to get help over the phone.
Is there a way any of the Mods here is able to guide me thru the steps needed to reset my contract password, and remove the block on my account?

We are of course happy to help you and support you with your request.
To change the customer password, you need the following form. Take a look here.
Then print it out, fill it in (including a copy of your ID card), sign it by hand and send it to the contact details on page 2.
