I recently signed a Mobilfunk contract at a Vodafone store on the 18.07. I was told it is a trade-in deal. Everything happened verbally and I was told that the contract would be sent via email. I haven't received any email and don't know the exact charges and terms and conditions. It is almost 14 days since then. Do I have to handover my old phone and then only will I receive the contract. I realised that I cannot give my old phone back because of my banking applications from my home country and my OTPs on my home country SIM. I cannot transfer those to the new phone that Vodafone has given me. What would be the way forward?
