Got high invoice cost after contract renewal of mobilfunk contract

I got high amount in my invoice after contact renewal. It has to be 19.99 eur but i got 43,97 eur. I dont know why the extra cost added as i am unable to see the invoice due to no customer password which i was never given when i started contract.
