Hello,
Last week (on 29.11.2024) I signed for a Mobilfunk contract via Check24 and the contract started immediately. Since I was planning for a later starting date, I decided to cancel the contract. Therefore, I decided to exercise my Widerruf right and used Check24 portal to send the request to cancel the contract. I got a confirmation that the email was sent successfully to Vodafone, but since then I have not received any email confirming the cancellation from your side.
Today evening, I decided to send the request again via your portal, but got this message:
"Unser System meldet, dass Deine Widerrufsfrist abgelaufen ist.
Du hast Fragen zu Deinem Widerruf? Ruf bitte unsere Kundenbetreuung an."
which is not correct because it's not even one week after the contract starting date. Could you please let me know what should I do?
