I received a contract I didnt agree to

I called vodafone because we had bad internet. My german is not great but i understood everything the guy said. He then offered me an extension of my contract, and I told him i actually want to talk to them cause my wife and I both need new phones so I would like an offer from him what he can do for a line and phone contract. he said he will call me back within 20 minutes, which he to this day hasnt done. Now I receive emails with new contracts which I didnt agree to at all. I would like to make sure these are not in play they need to be cancelled. there is nothing that i should be doing here, because if vodafone goes back and listen to the conversation they will know i never agreed to any kind of contract. I cannot reach anyone in english which makes this very tough but i need some assistance please

In the emails there should be a confirm button, as long as you don‘t click that nothing should happen. Calls are only recorded anonymously and for training purposes, they don‘t help you with contract problems.
