I am a Vodafone DSL customer for 2 years, never had a complaint. Several months ago I called Vodafone customer support for internet connection issues. While looking at it, customer support person offered me to switch my existing number from O2 to Vodafone, she told me that if I agree they would send me a link to fill in, and Vodafone would take care of switching my provider to Vodafone. I agreed and got an email very shortly while I was in call with her. I filled the form, and she told me I would get a letter for new sim card (but same number).
Anyway, a few weeks later I got 2 letters from Vodafone, both had new sim cards. I tried both and none were my existing number, so I called Vodafone to ask why I got 2 sim cards instead of 1, and why both are different numbers. A customer support person told me that Vodafone made a mistake and I should break both sim cards and I shouldn't sign and send the agreements back. So I broke the cards and didn't send the agreements back with my signature.

A month later Vodafone started charging me for both of the sim cards. 22.49 EUR for one and 32.49 EUR for the other. I immediately got in touch with Vodafone and as soon as they heard about my problem they hung up on me. I tried several times with no luck. I thought it was language issue and asked my German speaking friends to call Vodafone for me, no luck, as soon as Vodafone customer support heard about the issue they hung up on us. I went to one of Vodafone centers with hope to get some help, they told me that the customer support * me and they cannot help me, I should call Vodafone.
So long story short, I tried lots of different ways to reach Vodafone but they just don't want to help or admit their mistake. So I asked my bank to ban Vodafone from charging me, and they did. Now Vodafone sending me 2 letters every month for 2 different sim cards. I just got another 2 letters that Vodafone threatens me with taking me to a court and sending my case to debt collection and SCHUFA.

* I am their paying customer for 2 years and was thinking to extend my contract. Not anymore.

In that email with that link - where there any documents attached to it?

Hello. Yes, I only got 1 email with contract which mentions monthly 22.49 EUR and it says I should start porting process after receiving my sim card. And I only got 1 contract via post which mentions monthly 22.49 EUR, but there were 2 sim cards. I tried to port the sim card came with the contract to Vodafone (rufnummer-mitnehmen) but it didn't work. I got in touch with Vodafone customer support to ask why it didn't work and why I got 2 sim cards. They said it was a mistake and I should brake both sim cards.
