Urgent Assistance Required for Porting Issue : LidlConnect

I ported my number to Lidl Connect and received a successful confirmation from Vodafone 9 days ago, stating that they would send a new SIM card. However, I have not yet received the SIM card.

 

The porting date was set for July 1st. Currently, my number is no longer active on my previous SIM card, and Lidl Connect still does not have my number. This situation has left me with new numbers, making it impossible for my family and friends to contact me.

 

I have tried reaching out to Lidl Connect, but they directed me to email Vodafone. When I reached out to Vodafone via Twitter, they asked for details that I do not have, leaving me without my number and no clear solution.

 

I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my number.
